Cindy Lyness

Cindy is the owner and managing partner of Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids. A top performer throughout her career, Cindy earned the title of National Billing Manager of the Year for the Local Business division each year from 1991 to 2000. Cindy transitioned off her recruiting desk at the end of 2000 to focus solely on growing Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids. Under her leadership, the office has ranked in the Top 50 of all MRI offices for the past two years, and the Local Business Division has been honored as National Office of the Year four times.
Cindy earned a degree from Mount Mercy College and received the Professional Achievement Award from her Alma Mater. She was elected to serve as Regional Representative for MRINetwork™ from 2002-2004. She sits on the Advisory Boards of Workplace Learning Connection, Entrepreneurial Development Center (EDC), the Mercy Women's Center, and the Alumni Board of Mount Mercy College.
