Jim's focus is in the Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing markets. His clients serve the Chicago and Houston Markets. Much of his experience is in the design build delivery method. With more than 12 years in the Construction and Building Materials industry, Jim is committed to assisting Key Firms and Star Players find the right match at the right time. He excels in listening to his clients' needs, ensuring that the consulting process is streamlined and helping to reduce project ramp up time.
Jim earned the elite PaceSetter award for 2007, ranking him in the top 5% of recruiters worldwide.
Jim attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a BA in Economics. He has been married for 14 years and has two fantastic children. Outside the office, Jim involves himself with local school organizations. His hobbies include remodeling and furniture building.
