Karen Daubs has quickly earned a spot among the elite financial services/ insurance recruiters in the country. Appreciated for her professional integrity, Karen specializes in placing mid-high level professionals with broker dealers and insurance carriers all over the country. Her success in the business is a direct result of building deep relationships with the top performers of the industry and knowing the “who's who” of the financial services world. Karen’s genuine passion for life and people make her an asset to clients and candidates alike.

In 2006, Karen achieved an unprecedented milestone at MRI- Cedar Rapids, a company founded in 1976, by becoming the first “rookie” Account Executive to achieve the illustrious Pacesetter status, distinguishing her as a premier recruiter world-wide in the organization. She followed that up in 2007, again achieving the elite Pacesetter status and remains among the top 5% of all MRI recruiters.

In 2008, Karen was recognized by the MRI Network organization for completing industry certification as a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM). This certification distinguishes the combination of experience, the highest of ethical practices in executive search, demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws, industry best practices and search methodology.

Karen joined Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids following a successful career in television and radio broadcasting and continues to work as a freelance sports broadcaster and analyst. She is highly sought after for her keynote addresses and motivational speeches around the state and region. She has completed both full & half marathons and approaches life with a competitive spirit and an all-out enthusiasm.
