Sarah's goal is to assist Eastern Iowa businesses to grow and to advance the careers of high impact professionals. This desire to make a difference in the community has driven her success resulting in strong collaborative business relationships. Sarah began her recruiting career with Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids in 1996. Her clients and colleagues respect her positive attitude, persistence, and passion for creating winning solutions. Sarah partners with organizations by introducing professionals within sales, marketing, accounting, management, information technology, and human resources professions.

Sarah's professional success has been consistently recognized. She has achieved MRINetwork™ Pacesetter status seven times, and was honored among the Top 10 National Account Executives in 2003 and 2004, in addition to Regional recognition every year since embarking on her career with Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids. She was the first in the MRINetwork™ network to achieve the elite distinction as a Certified Senior Project Coordinator and then went on to receive her Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) designation. Her contributions to the CSAM Program were nationally recognized by being named the 2003 CSAM of the Year. Sarah is actively involved in the Eastern Iowa Human Resource Association, Leadership for Five Seasons, and Daybreak Rotary.
