A leader of the Iowa Business Team for MRI of Cedar Rapids, Sarah Fare is committed to exceeding the expectations of her clients and candidates. This focus has resulted in her being consistently recognized for her success. She has achieved MRINetwork™ Pacesetter status nine times, and was honored among the Top 100 National Account Executives in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Her commitment to excellence drove her to obtain her Certified Senior Project Coordinator and Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) designation. Her contributions for developing a national mentoring program for the CSAM Program were recognized by being named the MRINetwork 2003 CSAM of the Year.

But recognition for her exceptional results isn't her number one focus. Sarah's 12 years of recruiting success is most visible through her long term relationships. Her clients and candidates trust her insight, industry expertise and consultative knowledge regarding talent management, leadership development, retention, hiring practices and mentoring. Sarah's clients commend her on her ability to quickly isolate rare talent and ensure there is a solid cultural and community fit.

Sarah partners with organizations by introducing talent in sales, management, human resources, accounting and administrative roles. Her local specialization allows her to stay informed of industry trends and competitive intelligence. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a graduate of the Leadership for Five Seasons program. She volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Greater Cedar Rapids Foundation.
