Theresa came to MR of Cedar Rapids in 1996 and is our lead technology resource. She is our resident expert on recruitment technology, competitive intelligence and research methodology.
Theresa is responsible for leading competitive intelligence research projects including e-marketing and e-recruiting activities, website updates, data source research and keeps our databases operating at maximum efficiency. She makes sure our staff has the best tools and assistance available to find top candidates. Additionally, Theresa supervises our support staff and day to day operations.
Her positive energy and composure keeps MR of Cedar Rapids running at high efficiency.
